- Advised bank on the entire Operational Delivery Process, SLA’s with 3rd party vendors, and Service Quality framework including Customer Contact Center processes.
- Contributed to bank’s marketing task-force – audited Focus Groups with customers to determine optimal launch / positioning strategy
