August 1, 2002 in Singapore.
Salman
is a graduate of the prestigious Massachusetts
Institute of Technology (MIT) with degrees
in Electrical Engineering & Economics. He has over
14 years of diversified and progressively senior international
experience in the areas of Sales, Business Development,
Management Consulting, Human
Resources, Quality & 6-Sigma and
Customer Profitability Management. He was associated
with leading firms including Oracle, Citibank and United
Overseas Bank Group, Singapore. He is a specialist in
the implementation of Change Management initiatives
driven by Quality & 6-Sigma and CRM.
Salman is a globally recognized trainer / consultant
/ facilitator. He has designed and delivered several
workshops for in-house and general audiences and has
chaired numerous regional and international conferences
on Quality / Customer Care / CRM and related topics.
