in London. He has several years work experience with
leading international corporations including ICL, Citibank.
As part of the Citibank Quality Office, Europe - he
was responsible for the roll-out of the Quality training
and consulting initiative for EMEA and Western Europe.
BESTEGUL TOKOZ ARGUN:-
Beste is a specialist in Quality
and Service and is based in Istanbul, Turkey. She was
associated with Citibank Turkey and later with Finansbank
Turkey. She is an eminent Quality trainer and facilitator
and was Citibank's leading Quality facilitator for CEEMEA.
